Welcome to my blog!

In the past few years, I became deeply fascinated with the brain, how it works, and what its exact functions are. And, of course, the mind. Both are incredibly complex and mysterious, and the more I learned, the more curious I became.

My interest in the mind was sparked by my struggles with anxiety, which led me to start asking deeper questions about myself. Personal challenges in my relationships became a turning point—they pushed me to reflect on my thoughts, my emotional patterns, and the choices I was making. I wanted to understand why I was feeling what I was feeling, and how I could evolve into the best version of myself.

That journey naturally led me into the realms of spirituality and emotional awareness. I began to see how our emotions aren’t just reactions; they’re powerful signals that shape how we think, act, and connect. When we learn to understand and regulate our emotions, we begin to transform our inner world. Spiritual practices like mindfulness, meditation, and self-inquiry opened doors to deeper peace, clarity, and presence.

This blog is part of that ongoing journey. I created Mindisus as a space to explore the powerful connection between the mind, brain, emotions, and spirit, and to share what I’m learning in the hope of building a thoughtful, supportive community. One where we can grow together and better understand how to live fully, mindfully, and intentionally.
